The friendly reception staff truly enhanced our stay, providing assistance with dinner arrangements during Ramadan, and ensuring we found good dining options. The tour service was commendable-our driver was patient and professional, allowing us to explore the city at a relaxed pace. There were aspects that cast a shadow on the overall experience. The three twin rooms we reserved fell short of expectations; cleanliness in the bathrooms was lacking, and the air conditioning was ineffective. Issues such as doors not closing properly and unpleasant odors were disappointing. The outdoor swimming pool was a pleasant retreat, and an excellent restaurant was nearby, further enhancing its appeal. If you're considering the Arena, be mindful of making inquiries regarding room conditions to align your expectations with the price point. While the warm service is notable, the facilities might require careful consideration, especially for those seeking both comfort and value in their accommodations. Ultimately, it's a personal choice depending on your travel priorities.
